Aerial Yoga

There's something special about leaving the ground

In aerial yoga, we use a soft hammock with three supportive straps to help you explore yoga in new ways. The fabric can cradle you for deep relaxation, assist you into postures, or challenge you to build strength by holding your own body weight. It’s playful, confidence-building, and deeply soothing all at once.

Build Confidence, Release Fear, and Embrace Your Strength

Aerial Yoga isn’t just about mastering poses – it’s about discovering what you’re truly capable of. Whether you’re new to movement or have struggled with flexibility, our classes are designed to support you every step of the way. Many students have experienced remarkable transformations, not just physically but emotionally – feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered.

The hammock becomes a trusted partner, helping you face fears, calm anxiety, and celebrate your body’s potential. In our small, supportive classes, you’ll move at your own pace, supported by a community that believes in you.

Ready to try something new? Come as you are – no experience or flexibility required. Let’s rise together.

Why students love it here

  • Gentle, spine-friendly inversions that feel amazing for the neck and back
  • Core and stability work hidden inside fun, creative movement
  • A mix of strength, stretch, and relaxation
  • That blissful “floating savasana” where you’re wrapped in the hammock
  • Small, supportive classes where everyone moves at their own pace
  • Builds confidence, helps overcome fear and anxiety, and leaves you feeling empowered

What you'll experience:

You might find yourself upside down, gliding through flowing sequences, or simply resting in a fabric cocoon. The hammock’s three straps offer extra options for support, grip, and strength training, making it easy to adapt to your own ability—whether you’re new to aerial yoga or exploring more challenging movements. In our small, supportive classes of 2–4 students, everyone moves at their own pace, celebrating their body’s potential and building confidence along the way.

Perfect if you're:

  • Curious to try something new (Discovery classes are made for beginners)
  • Looking for a safe, uplifting way to move your body
  • Wanting fitness to feel fun again, not like a chore

What to Wear

For Aerial Yoga, wear fitted, comfortable workout clothes — some may find it more comfortable if you cover your armpits and legs. Avoid loose or floppy items, zippers, jewellery, makeup, or fake tan, as these can damage the swing. Leggings or yoga pants are ideal; stiff fabrics like denim can be uncomfortable. Small zippered pockets should also be avoided, as they may tear the fabric.

Before Class

To make the most of your session, we recommend keeping your stomach light – avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking a lot of fluid 2–3 hours beforehand.
