Hi, I’m Linda, your Teacher
My journey combines over 20 years of professional experience in project and business management with a deep passion for movement, wellness, and exploration. I hold a 200hr Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga certification, as well as specialised training in Aerial Yoga, Science of Stretching, and Breathwork through YOGABODY, alongside a Certificate III in Fitness. These credentials allow me to teach with both technical knowledge and creativity.
Having worked with people in demanding, complex roles throughout my career, I have a deep appreciation for the resilience it takes to manage pressure – insight that shapes my teaching: structured, supportive, and designed to help people create space for balance, recovery, and joy in movement.
I’m endlessly curious about life. I love sailing – whether racing or cruising -and I’m happiest when travelling and discovering new places, cultures, and adventures. This spirit of exploration influences everything I do, from the way I teach to the way I connect with people. I thrive on learning, on meeting people from all walks of life, and on bringing that sense of curiosity, playfulness, and wonder into every class.
